The Forest of the Great Web has been tamed here, pruned back into a neat hedge behind a low stone wall. A wide strip of ground along the wall has been cleared & paved with a greystone pebble path. The signs on either side of the wall point east & the west to the Clifftop Walk. The pebbles extend a short distance south to where a sign for the Great Web Road has been set into the path, then give way to the moss floor of a well used trail that leads south west through the forest.

The hedge is too high to see over, but the green is broken by an archway. Ducking your head under the strands of the golden web spun across one corner of the opening, you see just inside the garden is a set of stone steps, from there a cobblestone path follows the contours of a gentle slope through the trees to a small hollow. A brass plaque set amongst the foliage to the right of the mailbox announces this is The Pavilion of Icons, another opposite bids you welcome to The Iconoweb.
